We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk to join our team!

 

The Bookkeeping and Payroll Clerk position is full-time, offering a competitive wage, paid-time-off, health insurance and more!

Duties Include:

  • Preparing, monitoring, and implementing all bookkeeping and payroll for the farm.

  • Maintaining the financial records by accurately recording the day to day financial transactions of the operation.

  • Preparation and submission of payroll.

  • Maintaining HR record-keeping systems, assigned SOP’s, as well as paper and electronic filing coordination of all assigned data.

  • Utilize accounting, ERP and financial software to input data and control inventory.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Accounting or Business-related area is desired

  • Proven office or administrative experience

  • Mandatory experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping

  • Inventory control experience is desired

  • Farm operations experience and/or knowledge is desired

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and have the ability to learn or use QuickBooks and AgVero (A Microsoft Navision software)
